Let us Host Your Next Event

We will ensure the event runs smoothly. Giving you time to check in the participants, start the tournament on time, provide refreshments and entertainment. Announce the winners and present awards. Collect feedback from attendees.

For example, you may want to greet the participants at the registration table and give them their welcome packets. You may also want to have a shotgun start or staggered tee times to ensure that everyone starts on time.

You may also want to provide refreshments such as water, snacks, and lunch at different stations on the course. You may also want to provide entertainment such as music, games, or contests during breaks or after the tournament.

You may also want to announce the winners and present them with their prizes and awards at a ceremony or banquet. You may also want to collect feedback from the attendees using surveys or comment cards. You’ll also need to thank everyone who contributed to your event, such as your sponsors, donors, volunteers, staff, and participants.
